Checks on the transport of dangerous goods by road: Commission implementing powers

The Committee on Transport and Tourism adopted a report drafted by Bogusław LIBERADZKI (PES, PL), and approved, without amendment, the proposal for a directive amending Directive 95/50/EC as regards the implementing powers conferred on the Commission (comitology).
