Checks on the transport of dangerous goods by road: Commission implementing powers

The European Parliament adopted a legislative resolution based on the report drafted by Bogusław LIBERADZKI (PES, PL), and approved, without amendment, the proposal for a directive amending Directive 95/50/EC as regards the implementing powers conferred on the Commission (comitology). The resolution was adopted by 647 votes for, 15 against, and 5 abstentions.
