EC/Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia FYROM stabilisation and association agreement: signing and conclusion of the Protocol following the accession of Bulgaria and Romania

The current proposal for a Decision constitutes the final legal act by which the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, of the other part, hope to conclude a Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the parties, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union.

The Decision will necessitate the assent of the European Parliament.
