European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument: general provisions

The Committee on Foreign Affairs adopted the report by Jacek SARYUSZ-WOLSKI (EPP-ED, PL), approving unamended, under 1^st reading of the codecision procedure, the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No. 1638/2006 laying down general provisions establishing a European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument.
