Community system of reliefs from customs duty. Codification

The Committee on Legal Affairs adopted the report drawn up by Lidia Joanna GERINGER de OEDENBERG (PES, PL) approving, under the consultation procedure, the proposal for a Council regulation setting up a Community system of reliefs from customs duty (codified version).

The Commission proposal was approved as adapted to the recommendations of the Consultative Working Party of the Legal Services of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
