Agricultural holdings: network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation. Codification

PURPOSE: to undertake a codification of legislation as regards the setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Community (codified version).

PROPOSED ACT: Council Regulation.

CONTENT: the purpose of this proposal is to undertake a codification of Regulation No 79/65/EEC of the Council of 15 June 1965 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Economic Community. The new Regulation will supersede the various acts incorporated in it. This proposal fully preserves the content of the acts being codified and hence does no more than bringing them together with only such formal amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.
