The Committee on Budgets unanimously adopted the report drawn up by Jutta HAUG (PES, DE) approving, unamended, the draft amending budget No 4/2009 of the European Union for the financial year 2009. It recalls that this draft amending budget covers the revision of the ceilings of the multiannual financial framework for Headings 1a and 2 following the trialogue of 2 April held between the budgetary authority and the Commission on the financing of the European Economic Recovery Plan (for details of this agreement please refer to the procedure file ACI/2008/2332).
