The Committee on Budgetary Control adopted the report by Inés AYALA SENDER (S&D, ES).
The committee called on the European Parliament to deliver a favourable opinion on the Council’s nomination of Oskar HERICS (AT) as a Member of the Court of Auditors.
Following its meeting of 17 February 2014, the Committee on Budgetary Control considered that Oskar Herics fulfilled the requirements laid down in Article 286(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
