The European Parliament adopted by 472 votes to 39, with 48 abstentions, a decision in which it gave a favourable opinion on the Council’s nomination of Oskar HERICS as a Member of the Court of Auditors after he fulfilled the requirements laid down in Article 286(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
