ACT : Commission Regulation 809/2004/EC implementing Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards information contained in prospectuses as well as the format, incorporation by reference and publication of such prospectuses and dissemination of advertisements.
CONTENT : Directive 2003/71/EC lays down principles to be observed when drawing up prospectuses. These principles need to be supplemented as far as the information to be given therein, the format and aspects of publication, the information to be incorporated by reference in a prospectus and dissemination of advertisements are concerned. This is the aim of this Commission Regulation.
ENTRY INTO FORCE : 20/05/2004. The Regulation shall apply from 01/07/2005.
