Appointment of a member to the selection panel for the European Public Prosecutor’s Office

The European Parliament rejected the resolution tabled by the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs on the appointment of Rachida Dati to the panel set up under Article 14(3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.
