Agricultural prices 1996/1997: basic prices and buying-in prices applicable in the fruit and vegetables sector

The Council adopted the Regulation on 26 June 1996, in anticipation of a general agreement on a prices package and in order to avoid the risk of a legal vacuum affecting those products whose season commenced on 1 July 1996.
