PURPOSE : to amend Regulation 3072/95/EC on the common organisation of market in rice.
COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Regulation 1987/2001/EC amending Regulation 3072/95/EC on the common organisation of the market in rice.
CONTENT : the purpose of the Regulation is to align the payment dates for area aid for areas sown with rice on those for area aid for arable areas.
ENTRY INTO FORCE : this Regulation shall enter into force on 12/10/2001. It shall apply from 01/01/2001.�
