European Training Foundation: extension to TACIS countries (1st amend. Regul. 1360/90/EEC)

The Committee on Budgets adopted the draft report by Mrs THEATO. Its amendments stressed that the regulations which apply to officials and other Community agents should be applied in order to manage the staff of satellite bodies, while guaranteeing the flexibility needed for the organisation chart and for carrying out specific tasks by the required deadlines.�
