Oil and fibre plants: marketing of seed (codif. direct. 62/208/EEC)

Taking into consideration the legislative amendments which have been introduced to Directive 69/208/EEC since the initial proposal and the amended proposal for codification of the Commission from 1998 as well as the results of the work which took place within the Council, the Commission has decided to present a second amended proposal for codification of the Directive in question.�
