EC/Sao Tome e Principe fisheries agreement: protocol for the period from 1st June 1995 to 31st May 1999

The draft report by Mr William MACARTNEY was adopted. The report calls once again on behalf of the European Parliament for the introduction of suitable procedures for monitoring fisheries agreements, transparency and a reasonable deadline for consultation.�
