European Training Foundation: extension to TACIS countries (1st amend. Regul. 1360/90/EEC)

This proposal seeks to revise two major points of the regulation creating the European Vocational Training Foundation by: - extending the powers of the Foundation to countries which benefit from the TACIS as well as the PHARE programme; - applying the regulations which apply to officials and other Community agents to the Foundation's staff. Two minor recommendations are also recommended concerning: - the title of the Foundation's financial controller, his job specification and the reference to the Union Treaty; - the deadline for submitting the initial results of the procedure to control and evaluate the first stage of the Foundation's activities.�
