EC/Romania Europe Agreement: adaptation of institutional aspects following the 1995 enlargement

OBJECTIVE: to adopt a protocol to the European Agreement between the Community and Romania to take account of Austria, Finland and Sweden's accession to the Community. CONTENT: the protocol is aimed solely at associating Austria, Sweden and Finland with the basic agreement between the Community and Romania which was signed on 16 December 1991 and which entered into force on 1 February 1994. Consequently, the texts drawn up in Finnish and Swedish shall be authentic in the same way as the original texts. �
