European Training Foundation: extension to TACIS countries (1st amend. Regul. 1360/90/EEC)

The proposal for a modification of the regulation was adopted by the Council of Ministers with one single amendment: - the Foundation, in addition to its role in the implementation of professional training programmes with eligible countries, will also be able to investigate the possibility of setting up joint undertakings for aid to training and to examine the possible financing of these enterprises, which would see contributions, mixed or otherwise, from one or several countries with or without the financial involvement - in exceptional circumstances - of the Foundation itself. The Regulation would enter into force on 28.08.1994. �
