This proposal for a Council and Commission Decision relates to the conclusion of a Protocol on the adaptation of the institutional aspects of the EC/Romania Europe Agreement to take into account the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the European Union so that it conforms to the Commission's 1997 proposal relating to this subject.�
