The European Parliament approved without debate the report by Carmen Fraga Estévez (PPE,ES), which rejects the proposed change of legal basis of the proposal and amended proposal for a European Parliament and Council decision amending Council decision 93/383/EEC of 14/06/93 on reference laboratories for the monitoring of marine biotoxins.�
