Adopting the report by Mr Paul RÜBIG (PPE, A), the European Parliament approved the
participation of Bulgaria in the Community programme in the field of small and medium-sized
enterprises. It adopted a number of amendments seeking to improve the financial management and
administration of the programme. It also asked for an annual report on the success of this
country's participation in the SME programme.�
