Common fisheries policy: financial contribution of the Community towards the expenditure in collecting data and for financing studies and pilot projects from 2001 to 2006

PURPOSE: To amend the Community’s financial contribution towards expenditure incurred by certain Member States in collecting data, financing studies and for carrying out pilot projects on the common fisheries policy.
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2005/703/EC
CONTENT: The purpose of this Directive is to change the reference period laid down in Decision 2000/439/EC from 2000 - 2005, to 2001 - 2006. The financial contribution has also been revised to now read EUR 164.5 million.
