Period for the ninth election of representatives to the European Parliament by direct universal suffrage

PURPOSE: to fix the period for the ninth election of representatives to the European Parliament by direct universal suffrage.

LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision (EU, Euratom) 2018/767 fixing the period for the ninth election of representatives to the European Parliament by direct universal suffrage.

CONTENT: pursuant to this Decision, the period referred to in Article 10(1) of the Act of 20 September 1976 concerning the election of the members of the European Parliament by direct universal suffrage shall be from 23 to 26 May 2019 for the ninth election.
