In adopting the report by Mrs PALACIO VALLELERSUNDI (PPE, E), the European Parliament
approved the common position of the Council with purely technical amendments. It also asked
that where there was use of a database for purposes of illustration for teaching or scientific
research, the source should always be indicated.
