Community Customs Code: date of application

The European Parliament adopted by 581 votes to 7, with 8 abstentions, a legislative resolution on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 450/2008 laying down the Community Customs Code (Modernised Customs Code) as regards the date of its application.

Parliament adopted its position at first reading, following the ordinary legislative procedure, taking over the Commission proposal.
