The European Parliament adopted by 632 votes to 17, with 8 abstentions, a legislative resolution approving, under the consultation procedure, the proposal for a Council regulation setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Community (codified version).
The text was approved in accordance with the opinion of Consultative Working Party, consisting of the legal services of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission, which confirmed that the proposal is a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
